Quintonil is the emblem for the gastronomical project headed by Alejandra Flores and Jorge Vallejo. The aim is to express Mexican flavors with a personal touch.Since 2015, Quintonil has been included on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. Today it is ranked twenty four worldwide and ninth on the 50 Best Latin American Restaurants list.
