The correct order of release is dead money, honest hearts, old world blues and lonesome road. You can techynicaly play the first 3 in any order but leave lonesome road to last as its the 'end' of the story for new Vegas. In your opinion rank the New Vegas DLCs from worst to best, I’d say mine are Honest Hearts, The Lonesome Road, Old world blues and Dead Money. Archived post.
