Sofía Dorotea de Hannover (Palacio de Herrenhausen, Hannover, 16 de marzo de 1687- Berlín, Prusia, 28 de junio de 1757), fue reina consorte de Prusia y electora consorte de Brandeburgo desde 1713 hasta 1740, como esposa del rey-elector Federico Guillermo I. Era la madre de Federico II el Grande.
