Delaryver, gentleman usher of his chamber, who has been wrongfully accused by Roger Lassels, Ralph Every, Robert Bowes and John Barton of killing a stag within a close of the abbot of Byland, Lassels, who is the abbot's steward, indicted him against the mind of the abbot.
