  1. Hace 3 días · In 1586 Augustine and his wife Mary conveyed Chalford manor to Henry Unton, lord of Aston, who conveyed it in 1589 to William Hester of Aston. Hester was presumably the tenant and a descendant of the William Hester who acquired a 50-year lease in 1497.
