  6. Hace 1 día · The Rev. Richard Michell, public orator of the University and first principal of the revived Hertford College, was rector of South Moreton from 1856 to 1877. A house was licensed as a Congregational chapel in 1672. There is now a Baptist chapel (formerly a dwelling-house) with a burial-ground, founded in 1832.
