I took Guanfacine as an ADHD monotherapy (for PI) with little effect except an emotional blunting, then switched back to the stimulant Vyvanse, (which I had previously taken before the shortages, with excellent effects on mood and motivation) but have now found the stimulant to be less effective since taking Guanfacine.
