The period may be divided into four phases, the first ending in 1560 with the creation of Ambrose Dudley as Earl of Warwick in 1561.
Hace 3 días · In 1562 'two water mills of Barford' were granted to Ambrose Dudley, Earl of Warwick, which had previously belonged to his father, John Dudley, Earl of Warwick and Duke of Northumberland. These same mills were in 1609 granted by the king to Edward Ferrers and Francis Philipps.
