Hace 6 días · On 29 August 1526, at the Battle of Mohács, the Christian forces led by King Louis II were defeated by Ottoman forces led by Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent. Louis was killed in the battle, which resulted in the end of the independent Kingdom of Hungary as he died without an heir.

So first what I know for sure: Battle of Mohács happened in August 29 of 1526, Germans (Bavarians) and Janissaries were present and part/entirety of the battle took place in wetland. Now for the things I don't know: 1) How uniform, hat/helmet and sword of the German Officer looked like? And how they were called? "Commander?" "Captain?"
