Elizabeth died in 1491, and her son Sir Robert Tailboys in 1495. Sir Robert's son George died in 1538, outliving his own son Gilbert (cr. Lord Tailboys 1529).

Hace 5 días · The Gilbertine priory of St. Mary, Bullington, was founded as a double house between 1148 and 1154 by Simon, son of William de Kyme. (fn. 1) He gave as a site part of his park of Bullington, and part of his wood and lands on the north and east of the priory, the churches of Bullington and Langton, Hackthorn mill, lands for a grange at Faldingworth, and pasturage in Aldfeld for 600 sheep.
Hace 4 días · In the inquisition on the younger Gilbert de Clare, taken after his death in 1314, the extent is given as a capital messuage, 100 acres of arable land, 4½' acres of meadow, 40 acres of pasture, 20 acres of wood and 41s. 2¼d. rent; the manor was charged with a yearly payment of 10 marks to Basilia widow of Hamon in recompense of the third which belonged to her as dower.
