Hace 3 días · Napoleon III (Charles-Louis Napoléon Bonaparte; 20 April 1808 – 9 January 1873) was the first president of France from 1848 to 1852, and the last monarch of France as Emperor of the French from 1852 until he was deposed on 4 September 1870. Prior to his reign, Napoleon III was known as Louis Napoleon Bonaparte.
Personally I (and most historians) would say Napoleon was French as he was from Corsica when it was French, and all citizens were legally considered French. There was actually a slander campaign against him claiming he had falsified his birth dates because his real one could have been when Corsica wasn't French- a bit like the Trump Obama birth certificate nonsense as it was unfounded.
