Hace 4 días · Phylum Nucleocytoviricota (NCV) is a widespread viral group that consists of double-stranded DNA eukaryotic viruses which infect algae and protozoans. They are often called giant viruses as they show considerable variations in their capsid and genome sizes which range from 120–520 nm and 173–1573 kb, respectively.
