Hace 5 días · I try not to be one of those guys, but I honestly can’t understand why Pete Townshend and Ronnie Lane’s Rough Mix isn’t more widely considered a masterpiece. Released in 1977, this collaboration between two friends and contemporaries manages to spotlight each man’s gifts without lapsing into self-seriousness or (despite the title) feeling like a bunch of leftovers and rough drafts.
