Hace 5 días · More than 600 years ago, Chinese navigator Zheng He arrived in Mogadoxo, that is, Mogadishu, the capital of Somalia today. Dating back hundreds of years, historical records show that the two sides had exchanges as early as the Tang Dynasty (618-907). Time and tide have changed, so has the world.

In contrast to these scholarly works, the novel Xiyang ji does have a chapter on Siam, but instead of calling the country Xianluo, Luo Maodeng 羅懋登 uses the older term Luohu 羅斛, designating Lopburi that united with Xian 暹 during the Yuan dynasty to form Xianluo.
