From birth, Rich was a parishioner at All Saints Episcopal Church in Winter Park, while Eschbach, in his youth, had been a member at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Cocoa. Both churches were founded in 1886 and both were originally housed in Carpenter Gothic buildings.
