Hace 2 días · I am attempting to put a stock image on my new Samsung Galaxy A25. I bought it off of Ebay and it came with Xfinity Mobile nonsense on it. I would Like to get it back onto just regular ol' Samsung stock. Looking for the model, I can't find where to download the Stock version. Even the XDA forums doesn't have a Samsung spot for the A25.

To boot the phone into download mode, plug it into a Windows computer. Hold down Volume Down + Volume Up + Home + Power together for about 10 seconds, till you see a greenish screen, then press Volume Up, or Home or Power to enter "Download Mode". If you can't get into Download Mode, try it again by holding the buttons a little longer.

Factory Reset (by losing all my valuable data) I am still worried about the phone. Samsung should come forward and advise a solution to my problem.
