Robert Fripp was told by David Bowie that he (DB) thought that Robert should have gotten composer’s credit for his guitar work on this song (I agree). He sued to get it, but lost in court. I don’t know if there is an appeal ongoing. (This case was started after DB passed - he, of course, could have settled the matter had he still been alive.)
