Two bumblebees because of hair on the abdomen ( we can see a band of pale hairs on tergite 1 of the abdomen specifically.) Among a few other features. The bigger one is a queen and the smaller male. They are mating. Bigger one seemed to be pissed the little one was on its back. I removed it and they both flew off!
Looked Tuesday, no dead Bees on the crown board. Changed the Syrup same mix, opened up yesterday to a group of dead or dying bees up there. Syrup mix was fed to a 2nd hive and they all seem fine, no dead Bees.
