She named it the College, House, or Hall of Valence Marie, but it was at once commonly called Pembroke Hall, in French documents la Salle de Pembroc , and Pembroke Hall it remained until the 1830's.

William of Windsor (1348–1348), sixth son, born before 24 June 1348 at Windsor Castle, died in infancy probably on 9 July 1348, buried on 5 September 1348 in Westminster Abbey.
