Hace 5 días · The house and the farm descended to Lord Shelburne's son John, marquess of Lansdowne, who sold them to Henrietta Hungerford in 1807. Henrietta's heir was her son Hungerford Crewe (Lord Crewe from 1835), who in 1843 held c. 175 a. at Studley and c. 545 a. elsewhere in Calne parish.
