Hace 4 días · The royal regalia of Otto, the Bavarian prince who ruled as king of Greece from 1832 to 1862, have gone on display in Parliament. The artefacts, which include the king’s crown, scepter and sword, were found by the Culture Ministry in the former royal summer palace in Tatoi in 2023.

His text discusses the Capetian dynasty of kings, from the events that brought the family to power in the tenth century up to the death of Charles IV in 1328. Charles died without male heirs, and so the kingship passed to a collateral line, the Valois.
