Lady Anne’s stepmother, Lady Anne Talbot, was the aunt to the 6th Earl of Shrewsbury. Lady Anne Talbot married secondly to Lady Anne Herbert’s father, the Earl of Pembroke. Lady Anne Talbot became Countess of Pembroke.
