Hace 5 días · The former taught grammar in the time of Edward I at Hambury Hall, which was once on the site of Exeter chapel. He was alive in 1293, but probably died in that year or the next. His hall was still called a grammar-school in 1339, but by 1380 the site is described as void ground, and it was given to the rector of Stapeldon Hall.
