It later descended with Sir Thomas's share of Nunkeeling manor, George Feilding, earl of Desmond, and Leices ter Devereux, viscount Hereford, being named as impropriators for the co-heirs in 1650, and Lord Hereford's executors selling the rectory in lots in 1681.
Hace 4 días · In 1646 Sir Walter successfully claimed the title of Viscount Hereford, which earlier members of his family had borne. In 1647 Anne Devereux leased the manor to Richard Knightley of Fawsley, Northants, and ten years later she sold it to John Bridgeman.
