Not just in the sound. I think we can all agree that the barriers between the sound of punk rock and post-punk were very muddy in the late 70's, and in a way it still is like that when we get to things like post-punk revival and its relation to dance punk, etc. There's many albums that are just punk rock and post-punk at the same time.
