Kenneth Bianchi is an American serial killer and kidnapper who, along with his cousin Angelo Buono, committed the Hillside Strangler murders between late 1977 and early 1978. They killed ten young women and girls who varied in ages between 12 and 28 in Los Angeles, California, but the time, authorities attributed the killings to a single killer.
