16 de ago. de 2022 · We are now in the final phase of transitioning PATRIC to the Bacterial and Viral Bioinformatics Resource Center (BV-BRC). Website redirects will start in mid-September, and PATRIC will go offline by mid-December of this year. Here is what you need to know.
Specifically, PATRIC provides scientists with (i) a comprehensive bacterial genomics database, (ii) a plethora of associated data relevant to genomic analysis, and (iii) an extensive suite of computational tools and platforms for bioinformatics analysis.
