Laurence Sydney Brodribb Irving (21 December 1871 – 29 May 1914) [1] was an English dramatist and actor. He died along with his wife, Mabel, in the RMS Empress of Ireland disaster. Life and career. Irving as depicted in Vanity Fair in 1912.
