Lucien Lelong ( pronounced [ly.sjɛ̃ lə.lɔ̃]; 11 October 1889 – 11 May 1958) was a French couturier who was prominent from the 1920s to the 1940s. Career. Born in Paris as the son of Arthur Lelong, the owner of a fashion store, he trained at the Hautes Etudes de Commerciales in Paris and opened his fashion house in the early 1910s.

Fils de Arthur Camille Joseph Lelong et d'Éléonore Marie Lambelet 1, couturiers qui déménagent leur boutique de la rue Vignon en 1898, pour s'installer au no 18 place de la Madeleine à Paris.
