After the break-up of the band in 1983, Hogarth, Robert Goodge on guitar, Ian Cox on saxophone set about forming a band to create inventive, commercial, funk-pop music.
Released: October 1986. Bear Witness is the first and only studio album by Australian pop rock band I'm Talking. The line-up was Zan Abeyratne and Kate Ceberano on co-lead vocals, Stephen Charlesworth on keyboards, Ian Cox on saxophone, Robert Goodge on lead guitar, Barbara Hogarth on bass guitar and Cameron Newman on drums.

12 de feb. de 2019 · Founding members Zan Abeyrante on vocals, Robert Goodge on guitar, Barbara Hogarth on bass and Stephen Charlesworth on keyboards played like they had been away for 30 days, not 30 years.
In 1982 they added Barbara Hogarth on bass guitar but disbanded in the following year. The group issued a four-track extended play, Sonic Investigations (Of the Trivial) (May 1980), and a studio album, Palimpsest (May 1982).
