When you subscribe to Premium Plus on Audible, you get monthly credits you can use to purchase audiobooks. If you run out of credits, you can get more in a few ways. This wikiHow article teaches you how to get more credits on

Return a book you don't like for a credit.
If you don't like a book, you can exchange it for a free credit. However, Audible may impose limits on this. For example, if you listen to too much of an audiobook or exchange too many books in a row, your request may be denied.
You can get credits as a gift.
You can receive credits by being gifted a membership to Audible Premium Plus. If you are already a member, you will receive all the credits you would have received from the membership plan all at once. If someone gifts you an audiobook you already own, you will receive a credit instead of the book.
Audible customer service can give complimentary credits.
If you report a problem with your Audible service, they may give you a complimentary credit to compensate you. If you threaten to quit your Premium Plus subscription, they may offer you a free credit to keep you on board. While not guaranteed, some Audible subscribers have received credits this way.
