Shelter is the worst album I've ever taken the time to listen to and review with the exception of perhaps Bruce Springsteen's The Promise (another one that had me repeating the son of Gondor's epic caveat). So why is Shelter so terrible? First and foremost, overproduction typical of the 1980s.
