16 de dic. de 2014 · Subject: Thoroughly Entertaining. It was one of the biggest money makers the year it opened thanks to Julie Andrews who was the number 1 actress at the box office 3 years in a row. Very funny, the entire cast was great. If asked to split hairs possibly a bit long.
Plot. In 1922 New York City, flapper Millie Dillmount is determined to find work as a stenographer to a wealthy businessman and then marry him – a "thoroughly modern" goal. Millie befriends the sweet yet naive Miss Dorothy Brown as the latter checks into the Priscilla Hotel.
