Ghiyath al-Din Muhammad ibn Rashid al-Din Fadlallah (died 1336) was a Persian bureaucrat under the Ilkhanate, who served as the vizier of the last Ilkhan, Abu Sa'id Bahadur Khan ( r. 1316–1335) from 1327 to 1335.
Ghiyathu'd-Din ibn Rashid'ud-Din Fad‘lu'llah (died 1336) was an Ilkhanate politician, the son of Rashid-al-Din Hamadani, a Jewish convert to Islam. He was the mayor of the Ilkhanate palace, in the era of the sultan Abu Sa'id. He was murdered because of the struggle for succession. He was a patron of literature.
