Nicholas James " Nic " Dalton (born 14 November 1964) is an Australian multi-instrumentalist and record label owner. He was a member of various Australian bands including, The Plunderers (1984–95), Godstar (1991–95) and Sneeze (1991–present); as well playing with Ratcat and The Hummingbirds.

Nic Dalton. Sydney, Australia. All songs recorded on the Tascam 244 four track machine which uses regular cassettes. All songs recorded in Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Morongla Creek, Diggers Rest and Maitland and mixed in various studios in Sydney between 1986 and now.
Nic Dalton has been in many Australian bands, including the Plunderers, Godstar and Sneeze; as well playing with Ratcat, the Hummingbirds and US act the Lemonheads. He was also half of Love Positions with Robyn St Clare from the Hummingbirds. Nic also runs the independent record label, Half A Cow, which he co-founded in 1990.
