Rikissa Birgersdotter, also known as Rixa, Richeza, Richilda and Regitze, (c. 1237 – after 1288) was Queen of Norway as the wife of the co-king Haakon Haakonson, and later Princess of Werle as wife of Henry I, Prince of Mecklenburg-Güstrow.
In 1249, Birger succeeded in ending a decades-long period of hostilities with Norway. As a part of the Treaty of Lödöse, he also managed to marry off his daughter Rikissa, then only 11 years old, to Haakon Haakonsson the Young, the eldest son of King Haakon IV of Norway.

Rixa of Werle (died 26 November 1317) was the only daughter of Lord Henry I of Werle and his wife Rikissa Birgersdotter. Rikissa was a daughter of Birger Jarl and his first wife Ingeborg. Rixa of Werle married on 10 January 1284 with Duke Albert II, Duke of Brunswick-Lüneburg .
