12 de dic. de 2022 · Coral Gardeners. As a child of the ocean, Titouan Bernicot created Coral Gardeners for one reason: to save our coral reefs. This association is revolutionizing ocean conservation and generating collaborative action to restore the reefs of Moorea, French Polynesia, and beyond.
The CCRRP’s coral garden consists of 29 underwater platforms just off the beach and no more than 30ft deep. They serve as nurseries for corals that have been rescued from nearby reefs and new coral colonies that have been grown via lab fertilization.
