Renée Rebecca Geyer (11 September 1953 – 17 January 2023) was an Australian singer who was one of that country's finest jazz, soul and R&B musicians. She released 15 studio albums with Moving Along (1977) and Tenderland (2003) both reaching number 11 on the Australian charts .

17 de ene. de 2023 · Geyer, one of Australian music's most celebrated singers, died this week from complications following hip surgery. She was 69. "While in hospital, it was discovered that Renée also had inoperable lung cancer," her family said in a statement released today. "She was in no pain and died peacefully amongst family and friends."
