Cecilia Knudsdatter of Danmark (born 1081/85 – after 7 January 1131), was a Danish princess, daughter of Canute IV of Denmark and Adela of Flanders.
When Cecilia Knudsdatter was born about 1085, in Roskilde, Denmark, her father, Knud 'den Hellige' Svendsen, was 44 and her mother, Adèle de Flandre, was 21. She had at least 2 sons and 1 daughter with Erik, Earl of Västergötland and Falster. She died after January 1131.
