William Henry Walter Montagu Douglas Scott, 6th Duke of Buccleuch and 8th Duke of Queensberry, KG, PC, JP, DL (9 September 1831 – 5 November 1914) was a Scottish Member of Parliament and peer.
Its historic London residence was Montagu House, Whitehall, now demolished and replaced by the Ministry of Defence . William Montagu Douglas Scott, The Earl of Dalkeith, who became the 7th Duke of Buccleuch was elected President of St. Andrew's Ambulance Association in 1908.

Neither Amesbury nor Neidpath, however, devolved upon the Duke of Buccleuch in 1810, as the former passed by entail to the 1st Baron Douglas (d. 1827, see Douglas-Home, Earls of Home), who sold it to the Antrobus family, and the latter descended to Francis Charteris-Wemyss-Douglas, 6th Earl of Wemyss.
