The Qom Seminary (Persian: حوزه علمیه قم) is the largest Islamic seminary in Iran, established in 1922 by Grand Ayatollah Abdul-Karim Haeri Yazdi in Qom. It trains Usuli scholars.

Students of Qom (SOQ) is a non-profit, non-governmental association of English speaking Islamic Seminary students in the Holy City of Qom, with the aim to promote, encourage, facilitate, and carry out the propagation of pure Islam’s message to all corners of the world.
The advent of an indigenously Shi’ite form of modernism during the nineteenth century initiated a society-wide reckoning “period of awakening” regarding traditional conceptions of authority in Shi’ite thought and set the stage for the seminaries’ emergence centers of political authority. [2] .
Ḥujjatīyya Seminary (Persian: مَدرسه عِلمیه حُجَّتیه, founded in 1945) is a great school of religious sciences in Qom, which was founded by near the Shrine of Fatima al-Ma'suma (a). The school has over hundred chambers for students as well as a mosque and a library.
