Unknown Territory is a studio album by the American surf guitarist Dick Dale, released in 1994. Dale supported the album with a North American tour. The cover of "Ring of Fire" was a tribute to Dale's childhood love of country music.
Hugh Anthony Cregg III (born July 5, 1950), known professionally as Huey Lewis, is an American singer, songwriter, and actor. Lewis sings lead and plays harmonica for his band, Huey Lewis and the News, in addition to writing or co-writing many of the band's songs.
21 de jun. de 1994 · Unknown Territory also features a neat cameo -- none other than Huey Lewis provides the honking harmonica on two tracks. One of them, "F Groove," is a duet between Lewis and Dale over a slow, funky beat -- listening to the two trade off is a delight.
"Unknown Territory" features Dick Dale's unique surf guitar style on thirteen mostly instrumental guitar tracks (three songs include Dale vocals). "Unknown Territory" also features cover tunes like "Ghostriders In The Sky", and Dale's take on the traditional "Hava Nagila".
