Jeremy Webster "Fred" Frith (Heathfield, Reino Unido, 17 de febrero de 1949) es un compositor, multiinstrumentista e improvisador inglés. Comenzó su carrera en 1968 con su compañero de universidad Tim Hodgkinson, con quien fundó Henry Cow. Pasarían cinco años hasta el álbum debut del grupo.
Jeremy Webster "Fred" Frith (born 17 February 1949) is an English multi-instrumentalist, composer, and improviser. Probably best known for his guitar work, Frith first came to attention as one of the founding members of the English avant-rock group Henry Cow .
This album is a real goodie! It contains previously unreleased material from The MUFFINS; recorded 1977-1980, including outtakes from "Manna/Mirage" and Fred Frith's "Gravity" LP, live performances and demos. Although the album contains live performances and demos, the sound quality is really good.
