  2. Kristine married musician Leonard Arnold. Both couples started families, and Sweethearts of the Rodeo disbanded in order to meet the demands of parenthood. They moved apart in 1983 — the Arnolds moved to Austin, Texas, and the Gills settled in Nashville, Tennessee.
