Charlotte Anne Montagu Douglas Scott, Duchess of Buccleuch and Queensberry, VA (née Thynne; 10 April 1811 – 18 March 1895) was a British peeress. A daughter of Thomas Thynne, 2nd Marquess of Bath , Charlotte married Walter Montagu Douglas Scott, 5th Duke of Buccleuch in 1829.

When the 3rd Duchess of Buccleuch died in 1827 the Clitheroe estate was divided. One moiety, including Clitheroe castle and honour, was settled on her younger son Henry James Montagu-Scott, Baron Montagu of Boughton (d. 1845), on whom Beaulieu (Hampshire) and Ditton (Buckinghamshire) were also settled.
Lady Louisa Montagu Douglas Scott (b. 1 October 1982); she married Rupert Trotter on 28 May 2011. They have three children: Molly Trotter (b. 20 August 2012) Robin Trotter (b. 21 May 2014) Iris Trotter (b. 18 April 2017) Walter Montagu Douglas Scott, Earl of Dalkeith (b. 2 August 1984); he married Elizabeth Honor Cobbe on 22 November 2014.
