Children of the Corn (titulada: Los chicos del maíz en España y Los niños del maíz en Hispanoamérica) es la primera de las películas de terror basadas en el relato homónimo que forma parte del libro El umbral de la noche, escrito en 1977 por Stephen King.
"Children of the Corn" is a short story by Stephen King, first published in the March 1977 issue of Penthouse, and later collected in King's 1978 collection Night Shift. The story has been adapted into several films, spawning a horror feature film franchise of the same name beginning in 1984 .
