Tsar is an American rock band from Los Angeles, California, United States, with Jeff Whalen on lead vocals and guitar, Daniel Kern on vocals and guitar, Jeff Solomon on bass, and Steve Coulter on drums. They have released two major-label studio albums, two EPs, and a self-released demos collection.
Jeff Whalan Learning Group works with public sector CEOs and senior executives from Australia and New Zealand to help them improve their capability and performance. Our focus is on building leadership and strengthening management within the public sector.

He has just released his first-ever solo album, ‘10 MORE ROCK SUPER HITS’, and the first thing I wanted to know was how he could describe this new experience compared to his adventure with Tsar.
