Carlos XVI Gustavo de Suecia (nacido Carl Gustaf Folke Hubertus Bernadotte; Solna, provincia de Estocolmo; 30 de abril de 1946) es el rey de Suecia desde su ascenso al trono tras la muerte de su abuelo paterno, el rey Gustavo VI Adolfo, el 15 de septiembre de 1973. The House of Bernadotte is the royal family of Sweden, founded there in 1818 by King Charles XIV John of Sweden. It was also the royal family of Norway between 1818 and 1905. Its founder was born in Pau in southern France as Jean Bernadotte.
