Blessid Union of Souls (sometimes abbreviated to Blessid Union or BUOS) is an American alternative rock band from Cincinnati, Ohio, that was formed in 1990 by friends Jeff Pence and Eliot Sloan. The band's first studio album, Home, had some success which lay with its lead single, "I Believe".

Jeff Pence – Guitars, Eliot Sloan – Vocals, CP Roth – Keyboards, Eddie Hedges – Drums and Tony Clark – Bass. In 2002 Blessid Union Of Souls version 2 began. Jeff Pence – Guitars, Eliot Sloan – Vocals and keyboards, Tony Clark – Bass, Bryan Billhimer – Guitars and Shaun Shaefer – Drums.
The songs were written mostly by Matt Senatore, Jeff Pence and Eliot Sloan at this point. The 1st CD was released on EMI Records in 1995 and the original band lineup was formed.
