Jay Karnes (born June 27, 1963) is an American actor, best known for his role as LAPD detective Holland "Dutch" Wagenbach on the FX television series The Shield, Agent Josh Kohn on Sons of Anarchy (2008) and Craig on The Crossing (2018).
In the late 1990s, Jay began working in television and film, and is perhaps best known for his portrayal of detective Holland "Dutch" Wagenbach in the Golden Globe winning drama "The Shield." Jay is married to actress Julia Campbell and the couple have twins, a boy and a girl.
